A client build
Share the exact vehicle, its modifications, the proposed wheel direction and the client’s priorities. Identify who will provide measurements and who will approve the final specification.
VEXORA / Commercial projects
For modification shops, specialist dealers, build studios and wheel brands. Bring the commercial brief as well as the wheel design, so quantity, technical requirements and delivery expectations can be considered together.

Your type of project
Share the exact vehicle, its modifications, the proposed wheel direction and the client’s priorities. Identify who will provide measurements and who will approve the final specification.
State the sample quantity, intended application and what you need to evaluate: dimensions, finish, documentation or the complete order experience. Sample terms need a project-specific quote.
Share the proposed range, initial quantity and any branding or packaging requests. Private-label work, repeat availability and design rights must be expressly agreed, not assumed.
Commercial scope
| Decision | Information to include | What to agree in writing |
|---|---|---|
| Order quantity | Sample, first order or current project quantity; front/rear split if applicable. | Quantity basis, minimum order if applicable, and the cost of later additions. |
| Wheel specification | Requested construction, alloy, dimensions, finish and intended use. | Exact specification and which requirements remain subject to review. |
| Branding & design | Your own design files or references you have permission to use. | Feasibility, design ownership, usage rights and any development charges. |
| Destination & delivery | Delivery country, commercial or residential destination and required timing. | Production schedule, shipping scope, duties/taxes responsibility and agreed delivery terms. |
| Documents & acceptance | Destination-market requirements and the evidence your buyer needs. | Which documents apply to the proposed wheel, acceptance criteria and sign-off responsibilities. |
| After-sales arrangements | Installation route, claims contact and any repeat-order requirements. | Warranty terms, exclusions, damage reporting and replacement arrangements. |
A shared specification
A client approving the appearance is not the same as approving dimensions or confirming brake clearance. Keep the visual reference, fitment information and commercial terms as distinct parts of the project.
For a changed vehicle setup or a repeat order with a revised size, identify the change rather than treating the previous approval as universal.

VEXORA does not keep a stock catalog or ready-to-ship inventory. Every wheel is engineered and forged to your vehicle, dimensions and finish. For dealers and shops this means no inventory risk: you quote the exact set your client needs. Start with a trade inquiry or read the China forged wheel sourcing guide.

Before the next step
Not as a universal promise. The material, construction, dimensions, finish and quantity all affect the quotation. Include your current requirement so the applicable minimum, sample terms and price basis can be confirmed.
Yes. Use the brand-project option and describe the requested branding, design and packaging. This begins a feasibility discussion; it is not confirmation of an OEM program, exclusive territory or design ownership arrangement.
Requested timing belongs in the brief. An actual schedule needs the agreed specification, order scope and written terms. A requested date is not a production commitment.
State the destination market, vehicle application and documentation requirements before quoting. Verify the issuing body, tested specification and scope of any supplied document. A material name or a generic certificate does not establish approval for every wheel.
The brief tool does not upload files. First contact us to agree an appropriate sharing method and any confidentiality terms. Do not place confidential drawings in a publicly accessible link.
Every VEXORA set is made to order, and custom orders start from a single pair. MOQ: 1 pair (2 wheels).
Production typically takes approximately 20 days once the specification, drawings and finish are approved, confirmed per project. Shipping time varies by destination country. Where DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) is available for your country, orders ship DDP: import duties and taxes are handled and the wheels are delivered to your door.

No. Every set is made to order.
