What private label forged wheels means

Private label forged wheels are custom wheels produced for your brand or shop identity: your design direction, your finish specification, and usually your center-cap or agreed branding—while a manufacturer handles engineering and production.

That is different from picking a catalog face and applying a logo to a shared mould. True private label starts from a made-to-order drawing. At VEXORA every set is fully custom, with no stock catalog, so private-label work fits the same process used for one-off bespoke sets.

For the commercial overview of how shops, dealers and brands work with us, see trade. This page explains how private-label production works day to day.

Private label vs white label vs catalog rebadge

Sales chats often blur these labels. Separate them before you sign anything:

If you need uncommon sizes, staggered packages, forged magnesium, or a face that does not exist in a catalog, you need private-label custom—not a rebadge. Confirm that distinction in writing on the quotation.

What you control on a private-label set

Design direction

Spoke count and style, face profile (flat, concave, deep concave), lip depth on multi-piece builds, and reference images. Browse design directions for starting points—then make the drawing yours.

Fitment

Diameter, width, offset, PCD, center bore, seat type and load requirement for each platform you sell into. Use the wheel fitment guide when collecting vehicle data from customers.

Material and construction

Forged aluminum (commonly 6061-T6) or forged magnesium; monoblock, 2-piece or 3-piece depending on weight, lip and service needs.

Finish and branding

A written finish map plus center-cap or branded elements agreed before production. Overview: finishes.

MOQ 1 pair for brand testing

Every VEXORA set is made to order, and custom orders start from a single pair. MOQ: 1 pair (2 wheels). A new brand or shop can validate design language, packaging and photography before larger repeats.

Scaling later does not switch you onto a catalog SKU. Each batch still follows approved drawings. That keeps private label forged wheels honest: the sample pair and the tenth pair share the same engineering path.

Operational detail on small starts: forged wheels MOQ 1 pair.

Private-label process from brief to delivery

1. Brand brief. Platforms you cover, target customer, design references, finish language, branding rules, and volumes you expect after the sample.

2. Engineering. Fitment review and a drawing for approval. Production starts only after specification, drawings and finish are approved.

3. Production. Approximately 20 days after that approval, confirmed per project.

4. Delivery. Shipping time varies by country; DDP where available for your destination. See importing forged wheels from China.

How shops use private label day to day

Tuning shops often start with one hero car, photograph the set, then offer the same drawing family to similar platforms with fitment variants. Because VEXORA does not hold a stock catalog, each customer car still gets the correct PCD, offset and center bore rather than a “close enough” blank plus adapters.

Dealers and small wheel brands usually lock a small face library (for example two spoke families and three finishways), then reorder by purchase order. Commercial cadence and contacts sit on the trade page; the engineering method stays the one described here.

Keep marketing language accurate: say “fully custom forged” only when the drawing and machining are truly yours. Calling a rebadged catalog wheel “private label forged” confuses buyers and creates support problems later.

FAQ: private label forged wheels

Is private label the same as the Trade page?

Trade is the program overview for shops, dealers and brands. This guide explains how private-label production works. Open commercial talks via trade or request a quote.

Can we start with one sample pair?

Every VEXORA set is made to order, and custom orders start from a single pair. MOQ: 1 pair (2 wheels).

Can private label include forged magnesium?

Yes—magnesium is made to order like aluminum. See forged magnesium wheels.

Do you keep a stock catalog we can rebadge?

VEXORA does not keep a stock catalog or ready-to-ship inventory. Every wheel is engineered and forged to your vehicle, dimensions and finish.

How long from approval to wheels?

Production typically takes approximately 20 days once the specification, drawings and finish are approved, confirmed per project. Shipping time varies by destination country. Where DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) is available for your country, orders ship DDP: import duties and taxes are handled and the wheels are delivered to your door.

Who owns the design?

Your approved drawing is produced for your order. Commercial terms for repeat programs are confirmed per project when you open a trade inquiry.
